A rare show presenting an extensive number of etchings by Carl Heinrich Bloch, during his time often called the “Danish Rembrandt.”

Cath Alexandrine Danneskiold-Samsøe curates an art exhibition paying homage to XVIII-Century Danish Master Carl Bloch. The exhibition is presented at Kokkedal Castle Copenhagen, Kokkedal Allé 6, DK-2970 Hørsholm.

In parallel, a special, by-invitation-only, art show with works by Carl Bloch is running at Cath Alexandrine Danneskiold-Samsøe Gallery.

Nicola Bealing and Susan Elliott. The exhibition is dedicated to different story telling, expressed by figurative, layered repetition of massed elements and motives.
